Aura Growth Capital is a loan advisory and facilitation firm. We help clients understand and compare loan options — including home loans, mortgage loans (loan against property), personal loans and business loans — and assist with applications to banks, NBFCs and other lending institutions.

We are not a bank or a lender and do not ourselves sanction or disburse loans. All loan approvals, interest rates, fees, terms and disbursal decisions are made solely by the respective lender, at its discretion and according to its own policies.

2. No guarantee of approval

We do not guarantee that any loan will be approved, or that it will be approved for a particular amount, rate or tenure. Any rate, eligibility or timeline indicated by us is indicative only and subject to the lender's final assessment.

3. Calculators and website content

The EMI calculator and other information on this website are provided for general guidance only. Results are estimates and do not constitute a loan offer or financial advice. Please verify all figures with the lender before making any decision.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• All information and documents you provide must be true, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your application and may be reported as required by law.
• You authorise us to share your information and documents with lending partners for processing your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You consent to being contacted by us via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry, even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR.

5. Fees

Any advisory or service fee payable to us will be communicated to you clearly before it is charged. Lender charges such as processing fees, stamp duty, legal and valuation fees are payable as per the lender's terms. We never ask for payment to "guarantee" loan approval — please report any such request to us.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Aura Growth Capital and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Growth Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, reliance on its content, or any decision, delay or action by a lender. Our role is limited to advisory and facilitation.
